Towards the west of Taj Mahal are spread the lush floors of the
Shahjahan Park. Shahjahan Park and its neighbouring Motilal Nehru
Park are embanked by Yamuna Kinara Road that leads to Taj Mahal. The
park is provided with an inviting rosarium. The park provides a
welcome space for relaxing and recreation. The park is bisected by a
small road that travels through the entire length of the park.
The Golf Course in the adjoining region of Shahjahan Park is
popular too. The park also has a local bus stand in its vicinity
which is meant particularly for the commutation from the city
interiors to Taj Mahal. In the nearby region of the park are located
some fine restaurants and hotels of Agra. The tourists staying in
these hotels find the park quite useful for a delightful stroll.
